A different coffee is selected every month, and you will receive that coffee for the entirety of that time until the next roast is chosen. For example, if your subscription is delivered every week, you will receive the pick four times before the new blend is chosen.

Great Coffee!!

On a recent visit to Philadelphia, I fell in love with LaColombe. I tried the nitro and the brewed coffee and loved both very much. I've tried 2 of the roasted coffees so far and am working on trying them all with the subscription.

Last batch was terrible
I didn’t keep the box so don’t remember specifically but I think it was called “Africas”. Thin, sour just not good.
I generally enjoy your coffee, but this one was bad

Good, which there were more options.
The variability of roasts from the “Medium & Light Coffee Subscription” really seem to range more from “secretly almost a dark roast” to “mostly we just ship medium roasts”. On rare occasions I will get a really good light roast. I wish there was an option for only light roasts.

Workshop Coffee subscription is now... Not?
I had been on a workshop Coffee subscription to receive two medium blend coffees instead of a workshop Coffee.
Now I get a survey that even calls it, "Medium or Workshop" coffee.
So I will be cancelling and just order as needed - the subscription model has unfortunately ran it's course for me.
